The Defense Group strives to maintain the highest possible credentials and experience levels for the staff members that back up our trial attorneys. Our Legal Assistants, Firm Manager and Investigator have combined experience of over 80 years. Their individual experience is presented below.  

The role of the legal assistants at the Defense Group is multi faceted. Our legal assistants are trained to assist the attorneys in handling of cases; contact and schedule depositions, appointments, and interviews; serve as a contact point for all clients; and schedule new appointments.

All of our paraprofessional staff strive to provide you a freindly point of contact with our firm. They are also highly competent and often able to answer you questions directly. Four of our staff members are bilingual in order to better serve those clients who are more comfortable speaking Spanish. 

If our trained legal assistants cannont answer your question, or are not allowed to answer you question due to Florida Bar Regulations, you can be assured they will make sure one of our experienced attorneys answers your question promptly.
