BECKY FIORE is our Criminal Law Senior Legal Assistant and Paralegal handling Seminole County cases.

Ms. Fiore handles cases related to traffic, misdemeanors, and felonies. In this capacity, her responsibilities are much broader than you might expect of a "secretary." She is responsible for a caseload in support of several attorneys and is the primary point of client contact for those clients.  She also regularly interfaces with the personnel at DMV to ensure that Formal Review Hearings are properly scheduled and all documents and discovery from DMV are received before the hearings. She is in regular contact with the Judicial Assistants for Seminole County and the more serious cases that our attorneys handle. Ms. Fiore is instrumental in ensuring that clients are always kept aware of the status of their cases.

Over the past 20 years, Mrs. Fiore has worked in a Legal Assistant capacity for three other firms with Board Certified Criminal Lawyers. One of her previous employers is now a Circuit Judge in Seminole County.
