Traffic > Licenses/Tags
There are a number of offenses, bothinfraction and criminal offenses dealing with tags and driver's icenses. Chapter 320 of the Florida Statutes deals with tag requirements and violations.Chapter 322 deals with the requiremetns for drivers to be licensed in Florida and the vioilations and penalties for not complying with those requirements. Suffice it to say that if you are arrested for any traffic offense, you need an attorney right away. Evenif you merely receive a citation, look to see if it is a citation that is a non criminal infraction or if it is a crime. A citation for driving on a suspended license without knowledge can have long term serious consequences for your license. Simply paying the citation is the same as pleading guilty.
